Ivan has been my personal trainer for five years now and I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to build core fitness and strength. We work out once a week, which gives me a great focus for everything else I do over the course of the week. The sessions are fun and varied around a central theme of using weights and resistance to build strength, physique and cardio fitness. Ivan's good at gauging my ability to push myself week by week, and adapting the sets accordingly, so I know I'll be pushed but not to extremes! I'm in good hands - we warm up carefully, and Ivan is able to help me exercise safely and to maximum effect. And if, on occasion, I really just want to take it easy and enjoy the sweat, that's OK too!
Tammy walker is fantastic – she makes training fun and adapts each week according to my needs including my level of energy. She has managed my injuries brilliantly allowing me to strengthen muscles without further injury. She is extremely knowledgeable, totally professional and at 65 years old my strength and muscle definition is better than ever. I also attend one of her yoga classes every week, which is excellent for balance, flexibility and strength and her humour definitely adds to my enjoyment of the class.
