

With over 10 years of experience in both yoga and fitness training, Tammy is a versatile and passionate trainer dedicated to helping clients of all ages and abilities move, feel strong, and achieve their health goals. A mum of two young children, she brings energy, empathy, and fun to every session.
Her experience is diverse and impressive: teaching yoga to hospital staff across London, leading corporate yoga sessions for well-known central London brands, and running yoga workshops and retreats. As a fitness trainer, she works with clients ranging from teenagers to seniors, including those with injuries or specific performance goals.
